Psychotherapy is a secure, stable place in which you can embark on your journey towards your goal with awareness and care. It is important to take time for this, which is not easy in our stressful, fast-paced times. That’s why I chose to work in separate practices for Psychotherapy, Couple Therapy and Coaching in the districts 1010 Vienna and 1130 Vienna. This makes it possible for you to pick the nearest praxis to your home or work and thereby save valuable time and energy. You may pick whichever practice is more convenient for you.
As my client you are the focus of my work. Each and every one of us experiences challenges and hurdles in their lifetime. In many cases you can overcome these alone. Sometimes, however, the pressure gets too high and the themes and topics so complex that it becomes impossible to endure these times alone.
If you are considering to find professional support and try psychotherapy, you already took the first step! From here on out you are not alone with your problems anymore.
Let me give you an example. If you are physically ill, have a cough or pain you will most likely seek the advice of a physician. The same principles should apply to the psyche – sometimes it is advisable to seek professional help. I can support you to find new perspectives and gain fresh strengths to face and change your current challenges and build a better, happier life.

The practice at Singerstrasse is in one of the most prestigious areas directly located at the historic center of Vienna. At the end of this page you will find the gallery.
Through the main entrance directly at Singerstrasse (next to the McDonalds Restaurant) you will com into a hallway, on the left side is the elevator. The practice itself is located on the 4th floor. The practice is wheelchair accessible.
Just outside the very quiet and peaceful building is the bustling life of the historic city Center. By foot you can reach Stephansplatz, as well as the Kärtnerstrasse and the Graben as well as all other amenities of the Inner City.
You may reach the Praxis with the following public transportation:
For Parking in this are you will need parking tickets. However, there is very little parking spaces in general in the Center of the First District, which is why I would recommend parking in a parking garage close by the praxis. Sadly, this practice is not suitable for wheelchair users. If interested I can gladly refer you to other competent colleagues, whose Praxis’s are suitable for wheelchairs. Nearby there are many Restaurants and Cafés to make your waiting time or your companion’s (if someone is joining you) as enjoyable as possible.
Area:
One of the biggest advantages of the location of the Praxis in the First district of Vienna, is its proximity to the center of the city. With multiple metro lines, busses, within walking distance, it is very easily reachable. The Second District of Vienna is also only a short walk over the Danube. Also, by foot you can easily reach the famous Graben area.

For Parking in Vienna 1010 you will need parking tickets. However, there is very little parking spaces in general in the Center of the First District, which is why I would recommend parking in a parking garage close by the praxis.
Accessability:
Fortunately, this Praxis is suitable for most wheelchair users and there are no stairs between the entry door and the practice.
Nearby the Praxis there are many Restaurants and Cafés to make your waiting time or your companion’s (if someone is joining you) as enjoyable as possible.
Of course, I also do have a waiting room inside the praxis.
After a session you can enjoy a leisurely walk in the centre, relax at the Artis International Cinema with an English movie of attend an English guided tour at the jewish Museum.
